FH-FB070115 Sports Fabric Seat Covers, Airbag compatible and Split Bench, Beige / Black Review

I had first tried the leather seat covers from FH Group but they sucked because they did not fit and they made my car feel like an oven. I couldn't not find any nicely designed covers until I stumbled upon these. The design is superb. They really do like a race/sport inspired design. Sticking and craftsmanship is also great. There were no lose threads and everything came properly sticked without jagged edges or corners. The material also feels great on long drives. The center meshing allows for ventilation and prevents you from sweating. The cloth/suede portion around the edges is also very soft! The thickness is just right. Thick enough for protection, but not so thick that it disturbs your seats nature shape.

You are supposed to loop the cable through the D rings on your chin strap and THEN the cable would be long enough... however, I open my face shield and loop it around the face guard, so the cable is a little short. For quick trips, its not a problem. I lock it to my seat strap or luggage - just having the lock showing is deterrent enough. For real security, I'd have to lock it around the frame somewhere and that would take some time.

Rod worked perfectly. We had a varity of clothing on this trip. Formal wear as well as dinner wear and sports clothing and were driving from Maryland to Texas. We were very happy not to have wrinkeled clothing packed and jamed in a suit case. The rod extended acrossed the car and we both used each side leaving the middle to view the rear window. The clothing never moved as the rod has a rubber piece on each end preventing the cloths from moving on turns etc.

I thought I would install this myself, however there are quite a few wires to connect and you could mess up the car computer. So I had mine professionally installed along with the Idatalink bypass in my 2000 impala. It starts easily, unlocks the doors quickly and all from a very good range. I was testing it driving my wife's truck home and I started my car from about 500' and that was with a business and a couple houses between us and my car.
