I bought this for my 2007 Honda Element which I bought in late 2010.

The Element has all sorts of hooks and such for keeping grocery bags in place but without this organizer the items go swinging or sliding around--which gets exponentially more annoying the further you drive.

Even with the generously sized interior of the Element, this item is about as wide as it could possibly be. Those grocery bags in the product photo are full size--not medium or small to exaggerate the roominess of the organizer, and that gives you a pretty good idea of how deep the item is as well.

Inside are two snap in place dividers/partitions which can be folded back if you have an item which spans two or all three spaces without the whole organizer folding up.

It does fold up completely flat for when you've got a load which is big enough that you don't need the organizer. No bulky parts.

There are two clips and straps which hold it down. You can add another two on your own but it's not necessary. Mine doesn't slip and slide around when it's empty.

And it features a heavy-duty wipeable lining which isn't mentioned in the product description--so like all things Element, it's easy to clean up.
