6 Qty. GM Stepper Motors for Instrument Gauge Cluster Dashboard 03 04 05 06 Yukon Envoy Tahoe Silverado Cavalier Impala Sierra Avalanche Monte Carlo Review
These stepper motors worked as described and are an exact replacement to the originals. My husband replaced the faulty motors in the instrument panel over two months ago. The parts were not plug and play as we thought they would be. Inside of the instrument panel is a printed circuit board and the stepper motors are soldered in place. You will have to de-solder the old stepper motors and then solder the new ones in place. This process was not difficult, but you will need the solder and soldering gun to install the motors. Also, the fuel gauge still did not work after the repair, because the float sensor had to be replaced in the fuel tank. These motors were for our Chevy Trailblazer and they work perfectly. The dealership wanted to charge between $500 to $800.00+ for this repair. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "6 Qty.
