I purchased two of these for my two rear windows of my BMW 325i in order to avoid my newborn child's eyes from being exposed to the sun light! I don't like to use suction cups and I liked the fact that this product could hang over the window. First problem, the shades are too small to completely cover the entire window. Sun hits my child's eyes anyway I place it and I obviously can't keep moving it around when driving with every change of the sun beam's direction! Secondly, the material is not heat resistant and after two days of being hung on my window, totally was bent out of shape and wouldn't open and close anymore. Also, my car windows don't close all the way either. In other words, the hanging feature which attracted me to buying this product, is completely useless!!!! In short, the product is poorly engineered and designed to serve the purpose of blocking the sun and hanging over the window!!!
