I had purchased another license plate frame (Cruiser Accessories Brand) and returned because of poor fit (too small for a California plate) and poor quality (the screw covers fell of easily). The Ital License Plate Frame is high quality. It has a rubber gasket that fits between the frame and the plate that gives it a nice finished look. The screw covers fit tightly. I got a chrome one for the back of the car where there is a lot of chrome and a black one for the front to blend in with the lower grill.
