Works good and looks great, but I did have to slightly alter the rubber gasket in order to get it to fit properly on my 2001 Jetta GLS. Without cutting the bottom out of the rubber gasket, there isn't enough thread on the screw for the nut to bite onto. And don't expect any instructions.
