I have installed this "RU" bar on my 2013 Tacoma Access cab with TRD. I rate it one star off because of a slight fitting problem with the bumper bracket to the frame. It was necessary to file the mounting holes in the bracket 3/16 inch to get it to fit. Took about 15 minutes with a rat tail file. Not a big deal and it didn't effect the final alignment or appearance. The printed instructions are in B&W. I highly suggest contacting ARBUSA and having them email the pdf of the instruction. Than you will have color pictures with enough resolution to magnify. Now you can see what you're doing. I'm impressed with the quality of the mounting hardware, as in nuts and bolts. The finish is great! You will have to buy the ARB fog lights as the OEM will not fit. It is also suggested to replace the filament turn signal 1156 bulbs with led type. Fog light kit and bulbs another $90. I had existing fog lamps so wiring was there and the dash switch. The marker lamp/turn signals wired up easily per the instruction. I also installed a Warn M8000 winch. The install is very detailed in the ARB bumper instruction. You will have to drill a couple of 3/8 inch holes in the fairlead to make it fit the winch mounting holes on the bottom. I was able to attach the red positive to an existing post on my battery. The negative lead bolted to the frame, just to the right of the battery negative. I bumper comes with another set of winch cables to connect the control box to the winch. I used the existing cables that came with the winch. The plastic fender liners with need to be tie rapped up to the frame. I re-enforced the hole in the plastic before tying them up and I think it will work just fine. Yes, you will have to cut the top few inches off your existing bumper to use as a trim to the ARB. I removed the OEM fog lamps and the center section of the bumper, before tossing the rest. It's just a couple pounds of plastic. You will also remove the aluminum crush bar and two frame extentions. The weight of the bumper and winch will be close to 200 pounds. I found that this will cause a front end sag of maybe 2 inches. I have ordered the suggested springs and shocks to replace the OEM springs and Bilsteins. The springs are OME 2886 ($162.00 the pair) and OME Nitrocharger shock/strut N140S ($292.00 the pair). The Bilsteins may actually fit, but performance with the OME springs is questionable. I'm in so deep now, why scrimp on the shocks? I compared prices and bought all of these items on Amazon. While I've spent considerably more than intended, I'm very happy with the results. No kangaroos in Montana, but plenty of deer. I'm confident the bumper will withstand anything up to bison. It is one heck of a bumper.
