I've had this little thing in my car for about two weeks now. At first it did hurt my lungs. Breathing with this thing was something you had to get used to. I put the scent flow on its lowest setting, and I drive with the windows down. The midnight storm does smell nice. If you're really sensitive to smells, this product isn't for you. The only reason I can stand it is because it eliminates my old car smell, but that's only because it's so strong. I wish it didn't hurt to breath though!
I like the scent, the clip hangs on the air vents in the car, it looks fine, but the scent is way too strong and hurts your lungs.

I still have this in my car hooked on my air vent. The package says it works for 30days, but I can still smell it and I've had it for way over a month. It doesn't hurt to breath now since the scent is not as strong as it was when first opening. If you really can't stand the scent and it's too strong, I'd recommend not putting it in your car right away and using it after a couple of weeks.
