After reading too many forums and reviews I settled on this over Dynamat and eDead and a few others, based on the positive reviews and cost per sq. foot. This stuff installed great without adhesion problems, and the roller and knife from the kit worked surprisingly well.

Other guides and how-tos are absolutely right in regards to application of this kinda stuff: warmer = better. I installed this in my 1973 Mustang in the middle of my driveway in early December in Maine. Used a portable ceramic heater to warm up the interior of the car, and held the pieces once cut right in front of the heat element for a little bit until it was nice and malleable. It adhered much better and was easier to roll firmly into place.

Installed two layers in prime areas like foot wells in front of the firewall. I could feel and hear a notable difference once the inside was done: warmer, quieter, and reduced a lot of that metal 'ping' noise. Now its more of a dull 'thud', which should translate to much less road noise and rattle.
